Inclusion at AEG
As an organisation that values diversity, AEG Europe aims to foster an inclusive culture in which all employees are valued, respected, feel supported and that they belong.
In January 2021, we launched our Employee Network Groups (ENGs) to give employees a greater voice to drive change as we take steps to continuously improve our workplace. Our hope is that these groups will provide support, enhance career development, initiate policy change, and improve employee engagement and retention.
