About Creative Support

Founded in 1990, Creative Support is one of the UK’s largest not-for-profit providers of supported housing and living services. We promote choice, opportunity and wellbeing for thousands of people with support needs to receive individualised care and lead happy and fulfilling lives. We are very dedicated to our staff and creating a supportive working environment, with strong commitments to being an equal opportunities employer, developing a culture of inclusion and building diversity in our workplace. In 2020, we developed a Black Lives Matter; Manifesto for Action to recognise that as an organisation we must be a part of creating lasting, positive change. As part of our commitments, we created the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Network to raise up the voices of our Black and minority ethnic colleagues. The EDI Network holds regular Zoom sessions on a variety of topics and work in collaboration with Creative Support to create publications and newsletters, including our Black Lives Matter issue of Creative Life, Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Month in March, and most recently, Black History Month. Here at Creative Support we welcome applicants of all backgrounds, and actively encourage people from less-represented groups to apply for any and all roles. We are a Disability Confident Employer and are proud recipients of an Investors in People Silver award. No previous experience is required and full training is provided; all we need from you is your caring spirit, your optimism, and your passion to help improve people’s lives. We look forward to hearing from you!
