We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • To provide direction for their team, ensuring all staff clearly understand the goals of the team
  • The FLM will need to have an appreciation and consider the impact on the costs on their shift when making decisions, and should look to Identify opportunities to decrease cost, grow revenue and maximise profit
  • Also ensuring the shift delivers a quality service matched to customer needs in line with SLAs and First Choice
  • An aptitude to continuously improve service and ensure they deal with customer issues, promptly and professionally at all times
  • Compliance and understanding of Regulatory requirements are a must, understanding of MHRA and Home Office requirements and managing to GDP, and GMP where required are a given

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills
  • Excellent communicator (verbal & written)
