We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Co-ordinate all International multi mode transport operations and ensure relevant legislation is adhered to
  • Support the development of processes to manage freight movements and demonstrate control over carriers utilised ensuring service quality
  • Create & tender collection requirements to predefined carrier base utilising DHL’s web based system
  • Coordinates shipment from NOR (notice of readiness) through to delivery using the customer and DHL systems
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure that DHL provides the Customer with a best in class supply chain solution through the use of mutually agreed carriers

  • Knowledge of DHL systems specifically OTM & customer system SAP
  • Computer literate with a comprehensive working knowledge of MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent communication skills (at all levels) – good listener and effective in communicating ideas to support the development of good Customer relationships
  • Strong and effective organising, planning and process work methods
  • Experience of International shipping particular customs & documentation requirements is desirable
