We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • To construct and report on LLP contract KPIs, identify trends and provide feedback on areas for improvement to relevant groups
  • To maintain and support all data/information/reporting within all operational applications for the DHL Global Control Tower
  • To manage, validate and interpret data from the relevant systems and ensure this is provided to stakeholders in agreed timescales
  • To develop, improve and support data management processes and reporting methods for DHL and the customer

  • Experience required within Supply Chain division
  • Experience working with Power BI
  • Experience developing and creating KPIs
  • Sound knowledge of multi-modal transport operations
  • Experience required of LLP operations model
